Open Letter: To Human Resource Departments.

When writing Job Descriptions to send out to applicants, please can you write them in proper English, not this kind of pseudo-speak popularised by "Management" types.

Oh, and Mail merge isn't that hard!
"Dear Applicant...." - Gotta love that "personal touch"
