Complaints over TV policemen's gay kiss Oh, to live in an Open-minded Society..... ....it's be a nice change to do so! For goodness sake. So two blokes kissed on a TV show. Big sodding deal. It happens. Kicking up a stink about it just shows how petty, small-minded, and hetero-sexist a lot of people are in current society. Me? I'm straight (more or less). And if I'm honest, by prefence I've no real interest in seeing two men, or two women, kissing passionately. On the other hand, I'm not gonna kick up a stink just 'cos two blokes (or two girls) started kissing in public. Hell, much as I've no interest in seeing it, I'd be more likely to defend their right to do so. If someone doesn't want to see it, then don't bloody look! Hell, it's like people don't want anything representing the Real World to happen on their TV shows. Well, if you don't like parts of the real world, watch Fantasy and Sci-Fi instead. Don't watch a "Realistic Drama", then complain if some parts are too realistic for your liking.
